This Subscription Policy explains how Blitz's Subscribe & Save program works, including billing, delivery scheduling, pricing, and how to skip, pause, swap, or cancel your subscription. It applies in addition to our Shipping & Return Policy. By starting a subscription with Blitz, you agree to the terms below.

Subscribe to BLITZ and get your favourite flavours delivered automatically — on your schedule, at a lower price than one-time orders.
How It Works

Billing & Renewal

Your payment method on file is charged automatically on each scheduled billing date, and your order is then processed and shipped within our standard order-processing window (see our Shipping & Return Policy).

We'll email you a reminder approximately 3 days before each upcoming charge so you have time to skip, swap, pause, or cancel before you're billed.

Your subscription renews automatically on your chosen frequency (every 2, 4, or 6 weeks) and continues until you skip, pause, or cancel it — there is no fixed number of shipments you're required to receive.
Subscription Pricing & Savings

Subscribers save 20% off one-time order pricing on every recurring shipment.

If we change subscription pricing, we'll notify you by email at least 30 days before the new price applies to your next renewal. Continuing your subscription after that date means you accept the updated price; you're always free to cancel before then.
Managing Your Subscription
Skip, Pause, or Cancel
You can skip an upcoming shipment, pause your subscription, or cancel it entirely at any time, at no cost — no fees, and no need to call us. Manage everything yourself from your account, or contact us at contact@blitzpouches.co and we'll take care of it for you. To avoid being charged for an upcoming shipment, make your change at least 7 days before your next scheduled billing date; changes made after that point will apply starting with the following shipment.
Swap Flavours
You can change your flavour selection or mix multiple flavours at any time before your next order is processed. Changes take effect on your next scheduled shipment.
Adjust Delivery Frequency
You can change how often your subscription ships — every 2, 4, or 6 weeks — at any time to match your routine. Frequency changes take effect on your next scheduled shipment.
Failed or Declined Payments
If a scheduled payment cannot be processed, we (or our payment processor) may automatically retry the charge over the following days. We'll email you if your payment method needs to be updated. If payment continues to fail, your subscription may be paused until your billing information is updated, and the affected shipment will be held until payment succeeds.
Cancellation Policy

There is no minimum commitment — you may cancel your Blitz subscription at any time, for any reason, with no cancellation fee.

Cancel anytime from your account, or by emailing contact@blitzpouches.co before your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the next shipment.

Cancelling stops all future charges and shipments. It does not affect a shipment that has already been charged and processed — that order will still be delivered.
Returns & Refunds on Subscription Orders
There are no return for the subscription orders. Because subscription orders are billed on the scheduled charge date, skipping, pausing, or cancelling your subscription only prevents future shipments — it does not refund a shipment that has already been charged and shipped, except where the order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect (see our Shipping & Return Policy).
Changes to This Policy
Blitz may update this Subscription Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our subscription program, pricing, or applicable law. The “Effective Date” at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised. Continued use of your subscription after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
