We reserve the right to take appropriate action where we reasonably believe that fair use requirements have been breached.

Promotional Offers

From time to time, BLITZ may provide promotional codes, discounts, introductory offers, free products, referral benefits, competitions, or other promotional incentives.

Unless the applicable promotion states otherwise:

• Promotional offers are intended for genuine individual customers.

• A promotion may only be used once per person, household, customer account, or order where stated.

• Promotional codes must not be shared, sold, reproduced, modified, or distributed through unauthorized channels.

• Multiple promotions may not be combined unless expressly permitted.

• We may restrict, cancel, or refuse a promotion where we identify suspected abuse, fraud, manipulation, or misuse.

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend a promotional offer where necessary, including where an offer has been used in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.

Multiple Accounts and Orders

Customers should maintain only the accounts reasonably necessary for their personal use.

Creating or operating multiple accounts primarily to obtain additional introductory discounts, referral rewards, free products, promotional codes, or other benefits may be considered promotional abuse.

We may cancel or adjust orders where multiple accounts or orders appear to have been created for the purpose of circumventing promotional restrictions or purchasing limits.

This does not prevent customers from placing multiple genuine orders for legitimate personal use.

Subscribe & Save

BLITZ Subscribe & Save is designed to provide customers with convenient recurring deliveries and savings.

Customers may manage their subscriptions in accordance with our Subscription Policy, including skipping, pausing, swapping flavours, or cancelling where those options are available.

Subscription benefits must be used for their intended purpose. We may investigate or restrict subscription activity where we reasonably believe that a customer is:

• Creating multiple subscriptions solely to exploit introductory or promotional pricing.

• Repeatedly subscribing and cancelling solely to circumvent promotional restrictions.

• Using false or misleading information.

• Engaging in payment abuse or chargeback manipulation.

• Attempting to obtain promotional benefits through multiple accounts or identities.

Any action we take will be proportionate to the circumstances and will not affect legitimate subscription use.

Returns, Refunds and Replacements

Our Return Guide and applicable consumer rights govern returns, refunds, replacements, and damaged or incorrect orders.

We understand that mistakes can happen. However, repeated claims for lost, damaged, missing, incorrect, or allegedly defective orders may be reviewed where the pattern of claims appears inconsistent with normal customer activity.

We may request reasonable information or evidence when investigating a claim.

Nothing in this Fair Use Policy limits or removes any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

Payment and Chargebacks

Customers must use valid payment information and must have authorization to use the payment method provided.

Fraudulent transactions, unauthorized payment activity, intentional payment reversals, or repeated unjustified chargebacks may result in an order, account, or subscription being reviewed or restricted.

If you believe a payment or charge was made incorrectly, please contact BLITZ first so that we can investigate and attempt to resolve the issue.

Nothing in this section affects your legal rights regarding unauthorized transactions or genuine billing disputes.

Customer Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for protecting access to your account.

You must not:

• Impersonate another person.

• Create an account using misleading information.

• Attempt to access another customer's account.

• Share account access where doing so creates a security or fraud risk.

• Use an account to facilitate fraudulent or abusive activity.

We may suspend or restrict an account where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, abuse, security threats, or other serious violations of our policies.

Website and Technical Fair Use

Our website is intended for normal customer browsing, purchasing, and account management.

You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website, servers, databases, or systems.

• Introduce malicious code, malware, viruses, or other harmful material.

Bulk purchases made for legitimate commercial purposes may be subject to separate terms, pricing, minimum order quantities, and availability.

Product Use

BLITZ energy pouches are intended for adults aged 18 years and over.

BLITZ products contain caffeine and should be used responsibly and according to the instructions provided on the product packaging.

Our products are:

• No Tobacco

• No Nicotine

• No Sugar

• No Calories

They are not intended for persons under 18 years of age.

Due to their caffeine content, BLITZ products are not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women.

Keep BLITZ products out of reach of children and store them according to the instructions provided on the packaging.

If you experience an adverse reaction after consuming or using a BLITZ product, discontinue use and seek appropriate medical advice.

This Fair Use Policy does not replace professional medical advice.

Customer Reviews and User Content

We welcome genuine feedback and customer experiences.

Reviews, photographs, videos, testimonials, and other content submitted to BLITZ should be truthful and based on the customer's genuine experience.

You must not:

• Submit fabricated reviews.

• Create fake customer identities.

• Submit reviews on behalf of people who did not use the product.

• Manipulate ratings or review systems.

• Offer or accept payment or other incentives for misleading reviews.

• Submit content that infringes another person's rights.

• Submit unlawful, abusive, threatening, or misleading content.

We may remove or moderate content that violates our policies or applicable law.

Referral and Affiliate Programs

Where BLITZ offers referral, affiliate, ambassador, or similar programs, participants must follow the specific terms applicable to that program.

Unless expressly authorized, participants must not:

• Use misleading advertising.

• Make false claims about BLITZ products.

• Represent themselves as BLITZ employees or official representatives.

• Use spam or unsolicited communications.

• Manipulate referral tracking.

• Refer themselves through multiple accounts.

• Purchase through their own referral links where prohibited by the applicable program terms.

• Use paid advertising or brand bidding where prohibited by program rules.

We may withhold or cancel commissions, rewards, referrals, or other benefits where we identify misuse.

Customer Support

Our customer support team is here to help resolve genuine questions and problems.

We ask customers to communicate respectfully. We will not tolerate:

• Threats or intimidation.

• Abusive or discriminatory language.

• Harassment.

• Repeated communications intended to overwhelm our support team.

What Happens When Fair Use Is Breached?

If we reasonably believe that our Fair Use Policy has been breached, we may take appropriate action depending on the circumstances.

• Rejecting or cancelling an order.

• Removing a promotional discount or benefit.

• Restricting promotional eligibility.

• Suspending or cancelling a subscription.

• Restricting or suspending an account.

• Blocking certain website activity.

• Withholding rewards or referral benefits.

• Investigating suspicious transactions.

• Taking legal action where appropriate.

We will aim to apply these measures reasonably and proportionately.

Where an order is cancelled, any refund will be handled in accordance with our applicable refund and consumer-rights obligations.

Legitimate Customer Activity

Fair use does not mean that we will penalize customers simply for being frequent customers.

Buying BLITZ regularly, placing multiple legitimate orders, trying different flavours, subscribing and managing your deliveries, contacting customer support about genuine issues, or making a valid return does not by itself constitute abuse.

Our goal is to protect the BLITZ community from genuine misuse while ensuring that legitimate customers can continue to use our services normally.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Fair Use Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our services, products, promotions, technology, or legal obligations.

When we make changes, we will publish the updated version on our website and update the Effective Date above.

Your continued use of our website or services after an updated policy takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy, to the extent permitted by law.
